Qualifications

Mr. Howitt is a Certified Management Accountant and a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy. He attended the University of Western Ontario, with a major in economics.

Mr. Howitt has worked in the field of finance for the past twenty years, including employment with a finance company and a major bank. From September 1985 to October 1995, he worked with the Government of Canada, the last four years of which were with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.
