Specified Assets of Mission House Condominiums Inc.
Alger & Associates Inc. was appointed Receiver of specified assets of Mission House Condominiums Inc. by order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta on February 3 , 2009. The Receiver conducted a sealed bid sales process whereby an offer for the assets was accepted and approved by the court on July 28, 2009; however, the sale did not close as scheduled. As a result, the Receiver has begun a new sealed bid process to sell the assets with a bid deadline of November 16, 2009. Please click on the attached link for more information
