Melvax Holdings Corp - In Receivership
On October 16, 2009 and Order was granted by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta appointing Alger & Associates Inc. as Receiver of Melvax Holdings Corp. Melvax operated as a Rona dealer in Westlock, Alberta since July 2009 and prior to 2009 as a Home Hardware Building Centre. The Receiver is seeking offers to purchase the Company's land and buildings.
