Camton Exploration Inc.
Alger & Associates Inc. was appointed Receiver and Manager of Camton Exploration Inc. pursuant to an order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta dated December 2, 2009.
On January 6, 2010, Camton Exploration Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to File a Proposal and Alger & Associates Inc. consented to act as Trustee.
On February 7, 2010 Camton was deemed to be assigned into bankruptcy by virtue of its failure to file a proposal and Alger & Associates Inc. was appointed trustee.
