My bankruptcy was discharged a year ago. I owe no
money to anyone and have faithfully paid my new credit card off every month (need the card for hotel, car rental, etc.). I cannot get a checking account. What are the general rules that banks use, and are there any banks you know of in Atlanta, GA that will give accounts to people who have filed?
