Question:

I have an unsecured loan, the bank does not have any lean on my car title. The car is 100% in my name. Can they still repossess my car if payments are not made?

Answer:

If the bank sues you and obtains a judgement for their debt, they can then obtain a Writ of Enforcement and seize your vehicle.
