I am married and I may be losing my job in the near future. If I declare bankruptcy because I have no income, is my husband's income affected? What if we have shared debt?

If you file for bankruptcy your husband will not be affected unless he has cosigned any of your debts or has a secondary credit card. He will still be liable to pay any debts under his name.
For further information, please refer to the section Is Bankruptcy/Proposal going to affect my spouse/partner? on this website.
