Could you please tell me if my spouse claims bankruptcy but our house and vehicles are in my name, will they take the house and vehicles when they are in my name?

If your spouse claims bankruptcy and the house and car have always been in your name, they will not be affected. If the car and house, however, were recently put in your name, the Trustee will be required to review the transfer and determine whether the bankruptcy estate is entitled to a portion of their value.
