I was wondering how much it is to file bankruptcy. How long
before I can start to re-establish my credit? Is there any info I need to know before I file for this? Where are you located in Edmonton, if I need further information?

The basic fee to do a bankruptcy is the same across the country and is $975. There are additional costs for counselling and Court etc, and other factors such as your assets and income level which will determine how much is to be paid into the bankruptcy estate, which the Trustee will explain to you before you file.
There is a great deal of information you need to know before you file, which is best obtained in the free first consultation with the Trustee. Our two locations in Edmonton can be viewed on our web site by clicking here.
