Question:

Hi I'm Ms. Mosby. I run a small day care service from my home.I've been in debt since I relocated, and was trying to reastablish new cliental. I tried to work with my bank but they wouldn't give me the time of day.So I slipt further into debt. So I file chapter 13,but they didn't help lower my mortgage monthly payment, they kept it were it was, and then added a trustee payment. I file chapter 13 on March 6 2002. I've manage to keep up the payments but now I'm falling behind as of August. I tried calling but I'm getting now were. How can I get the help I need. The reason I'm falling behind because I have just 3 clients and it's not enough to keep paying over 2,414.17 plus regular bills, and support my family of three. How can I find the right lower that will help me lower my mortgage but have no trustee payments at all.
