I have gone over the 9 month period and not completed all my duties, but can in the next few weeks. How does this affect my bankruptcy discharge, if I was able to complete everything after the 9 months are up?

If you complete all of your duties now the Trustee can make an application to Court for your discharge from bankruptcy. Until you complete the duties you are still legally bankrupt.
