As a resident of Ontario with a good job and heavy
child support costs, I have approximately $40K in debt and no reasonable means by which to repay it. A lot of this debt is from my marriage and my ex-wife held visitation and access over my head so I was compelled to assume the debts rather than put that at risk.
I am considering personal bankruptcy and would like to understand costs and process. What is not included? What is the impact?
