My husband and I are legally separated since March 2002. We have a spearation agreement which split our assets (I bought him out), defines child support and states responsibility of credit cards
(anything in his name, he is responsible for the balance). He has
recently informed me that is so far in debt, he is considering
bankruptcy. Would anyone that he owns money to be able to come after
me? How does his bankruptcy affect child support? Thanks in Advance!

Bankruptcy does not affect child support payment requirements. Regarding
credit card debts, you would still be liable for anything you also
signed for, as a separation agreement doesn't bind creditors. Please
refer to the section Is my bankruptcy/proposal going to affect my spouse/partner on this website.
