Hi I have a judgement against me for unpaid atb credit card.
They have placed a lien on my property. What does this mean? Can they
sieze my property and sell? Can I have it removed? Will it be void if I
file for bankruptcy?

A writ against title of your property remains there until you sell or
refinance the property, at which time the writ must be paid out. You
can't have it removed without paying or settling the debt or unless you
file a proposal or bankruptcy. Bankruptcy and proposals will discharge
the ATB debt and the writ can then be removed.
