Can you please tell me what the statute of limitations is in Alberta pertaining to Bankruptcy and a fraud that may have occurred in regards to non-disclosure of information in a past bankruptcy?

There isn't a Statute of Limitations for bankruptcy. If you have information on a bankrupt you should contact the Trustee for the file or the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy at the Government of Canada, Industry Canada.
