I am writing to see if I can declare bankruptcy on my two
loans. One is a Canada Student loan and the other is an Ontario Student
loan. They are now at least 6 years old and I have tried credit
counselling.

Under current legislation, bankruptcy will not discharge your student
loans unless you have been out of school for 10 years or more.
