Question:  

I am leasing a car. If I declare bankrupt what will happen,can I still continuously lease, or give it back to the dearlership.

Answer:  

A lease is a secured debt and in a bankruptcy you can either give the vehicle back and have the rest of the debt included in the bankruptcy, or keep paying to keep the vehicle if the creditor allows you to do so.
