I claimed personal bankruptcy in '97 & haven't been discharged(but am in the process of). I now own a vehicle that is free and clear of any money owing. Should I be concerned of this being taken away from me? P.S. - I purchased it about 3 years ago.

Normally when an individual comes back to be discharged an affidavit is required by the court. This affidavit discusses any new assets that have been acquired since the bankruptcy. You will need to discuss this with your Trustee.
