I have a friend who financed a jeep and couldn't keep up the payments, so i agreed to take over the payments and keep the car. No paperwork was ever singed, I just registered it and made payments. I went away and left a check to some one to make a paymet for the car and I never got paid. Now the car has been reposessed and all my persanol property was in the car. How do I go about getting my property back?
