Question:

I recently claimed bankruptcy due to a business loss. I was being sued by a company and they had a judgement against me that I disputed. During the dispute the bailiff allowed me to keep my car. I filed for bankrupty after my car was seized. Now the company has a court order to seize and sell the car. I claimed the car as a personal asset when I declared bankruptsy. Can the court seize my car as it was part of a judgement prior to my bankruptcy?
