declare bankruptcy do we have to dissovle our business or can we continue it?

Whether you continue a business depends on a number of considerations such as
whether it is a proprietorship or limited company; whether there is any
debt/assets etc. Normally a business like Amway can continue. Any income would
have to be reported to your Trustee.
