I just need to know what's going to happen to me if my 2002 Dodge Dakota is reposessed. Is DaimlerChrysler Going to sue me, any repo fees, any buy out fees -- basically any penalties all together? Your help in this matter would be greatly appretiated as none of the lawyers or law firms I have contacted are willing to help me with the situation.

If your vehicle is repossessed the creditor usually has the right to sue you for the deficiency and costs. If you file for bankruptcy, that debt would be included with the other creditors.
