Question:

I have a credit card in my name. I added my boyfriend to the account and he had his own credit card. We broke up and I am considering bankruptcy. He never signed anything, I just got him the extra card (in his name) on my account. Will he be held responsible?

Answer:   The credit card company may try to come after your former boyfriend. If they did, he would need to argue that he never signed for the card and never used it.
