Question:

I am married with 2 children, 11, 19, both in school. My wife has no income and I receive Ont. Disability & CPP Disability. I owe $1,2000 in credit card debts. I rent at $840 & I receive $160 per month. We did go bankrupt about 17 years ago. What's our best hope? We live in Ontario

I'd suggest you contact a Trustee in Ontario to discuss your options. If you are unable to pay your creditors and they will not accept a settlement from you then bankruptcy may be an option. You can find a Trustee under "Bankruptcy" in the yellow pages.
