Question:

Do you or do you know of anyone who would give out a loan for backtaxes owing in the amount $15000? and what type of payments over 4 years plus interest would you be looking at?

Answer:

Bankruptcy Trustees do not lend money - you would need to talk to a banker or other lender about a loan and terms of repayment. If you are unable to obtain a loan to pay your taxes, you may want to consider a bankruptcy or proposal, which a Trustee such as Collins Barrow can help you with.
