I have credit card debt only..I need to declare.. I just started a new job..was Mr. Mom for last three years, so no income. I was wondering if taking extra tax off my cheque would help .. that way I would be sure to receive a refund... Would this tax refund be distributed to creditors or just used for your fee and I would receive the rest?

Any tax refunds in year of bankruptcy will flow to the Trustee. Therefore, you would not want to take off extra tax until 2001.
