I am going to have to declare personal bankruptcy in the extremely near future. I have enrolled in a course for writing. I pay this course monthly. Will I be able to continue paying and therefore taking part in my
course after I declare bankruptcy?

If your writing course is an ongoing expense that you pay monthly and not a
debt, then you can continue to pay to keep taking the course. Your Trustee
can confirm this when the process is explained to you.
