Question:

Where can I find a similar service for questions and answers in Ontario?

If I am an Ontario discharged bankrupt and I had an interest in a BC property, which I did not disclose at the time of my bankruptcy, can I sue 1.5 years after obtaining my absolute discharge, to obtain the asset, on my own or with the Trustee as co-plaintiff?

Answer:   Failure to disclose an asset is an offence under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. You must contact your Trustee immediately to rectify this situation.
