Question:  

If the creditors won the personal bankruptcy declaration, are they entitle to request to either the present or the future employer, if currently has no employer to garnish wages?

Answer:  

Once the Court grants the petition into bankruptcy, the Stay of Proceedings goes into effect. That means unsecured creditors can no longer take any legal action against you, including seizing your wages.
