Question:   Most of my debts are related to my line of credit. I have difficulty paying it every month. My home and my car and my personal computer are on that line of credit. What happens if I declare bankruptcy?

A secured creditor is not affected by a bankruptcy. They can still expect payment or seize the assets. You should contact a Trustee in your area to attend a free assessment of your financial situation.
