My question is I been discharge from Bankruptcy, and I got the trustee to do my post Bankruptcy 2002 income tax. Will I be able to get my tax and GST refund for that year?

If you are a 2002 bankrupt then the Trustee will retain your 2002 post bankruptcy tax refund in the estate. GST is usually retained by the Trustee for a certain period and I'd check with your Trustee about your file.
