loan organization wants 2000.00 up front and $300.00 a month on a $20,000.00 dollar outstanding loan. I don't want to marry him
because I don't want his debt. He lives with his mother on their her
social security check. Can he go back to his attorney and ask
about filing an "undue hardship"?
