Question:

I just read someones question that made reference to not being able to get his drivers license because of an unsatisfied judgement. My question now is if I have a creditor place a judgement on me or my property and I then file for bankruptcy am I to understand that while the bankruptcy removes the jugdement, it will make it difficult or impossible to renew a drivers license?

An Unsatisfied Judgment refers to a debt to the provincial government or an insurance company, who has had to pay out a claim relating to a motor vehicle accident. A judgment from a credit card company or other unsecured creditor cannot attach to your driver's license.
