I am considering bankruptcy in Alberta because I owe over 20,000 in unsecured debt (mostly credit cards) and over 15,000 to CCRA for personal income tax and GST. GST is owing from GST I collected in real estate deals last year less GST paid. I am a Realtor. Would all of these debt be included in bankruptcy?
