I am being pursued in civil court, (by my own brother). My financial situation leaves me unable to afford a lawyer & I will have to represent myself. If there is a judgement against me, will declaring bankruptcy clear this debt?
Secondly, does bankruptcy clear any outstanding taxes due to Revenue Canada.
