Question:

My company has been placed into bankruptcy. I have personal guarantees for some of the debt. I carry no debt on my personal credit card. In the event of a possible personal bankruptcy can I retain my card?

The only way you can keep the credit card is if you get a letter from the credit card company allowing you to keep the card even if you file bankruptcy. You will need to get this letter before you file.
