Question:  

If couple that are now separated,one has decided to file for bankruptcy and he is joint on the mortgage that they have together but she is still living in the house and making the payments on a regular basis, will her mortgage company have any problem with her taking over full responsibility of the mortgage.because a year ago she tried to take over but they said she did not have enough income, but now theirs a possible pb involved and she makes more now! Thanks.
