Question:   Please advise me what the required credentials the counsellor needs to have to offer their services for the two mandatory sessions. And where do you find the counsellors?

Thanks

Answer:

The counsellor has to be a "Qualified Insolvency Counsellor", which involves taking a course, final exam and then approval by the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.

To contact a counsellor, call any Trustee's office in your area.
