I have unsecured debt of $57,000.00 and basically no assets, vehicle, rrsp, bonds. Mmy question is what are the chances of there being no objections to my bankruptcy ending in 9 months? It would be my first bankruptcy and I haven't even been late on any bills for 20 years, but me and my spouse split up and I can't make ends meet with my current wage. Me and my son rent a place and I have 44,000.00 unsecured loan and 13,000.00 in credit card debt.People I have talked to say creditors may object and make me stay in bankruptcy until I pay them back.Does this normally happen?

An objection from creditors to discharge is always a possibility in any bankruptcy but they don't happen very often. Your Trustee will discuss the likelihood of an objection to your discharge with you before you make the assignment.
