Question:

My company is bankrupt, but on most of the bill of ladings and invoices from a certain creditor, the companies name and my personal name are indicated as the debtor. I have never signed any distinctive agreement of co-debtor. Am I subject to pay these bill's to the creditor?

Answer:   If you signed in your personal capacity on the original contract then you are liable for any corporate debts. If you signed only as a director of the corporation then you should not be personally liable for the corporate debts. You'll need to review the original credit applications.
