I'm living common-law and all the debts other than one are in
my name. Do I have to put my spouse down or can I go it alone?

If all the debt is in your name you can "go it alone." The Bankruptcy
Act does require you to report your spouse's income to the Trustee but
the bankruptcy should not affect your spouse.
