Answer:  

The Statement of Affairs which you must swear before a Notary Public or a Commissioner for Oaths at the Trustee's office is often sufficient proof.

In certain circumstances, however, an appraisal obtained from a qualified appraiser may be required. The Trustee can advise you regarding your situation.
