Question:

I'm aware that I may have to declare bankruptcy, for the second time. However, as I have a relationship with a man in England and there is a possiblity that I may want to emigrate there in the future, I have some concerns. In doing some research on obtaining a work visa I noted that if a person is bankrupt they cannot obtain a work visa. I'm wondering then if it possible to emigrate to England on a fiance visa if a person is bankrupt? This is a bit complex of an area but I'm hoping you can help.

I'm sorry, you'll have to contact the immigration department about this matter.
