My husband and I each filed Division I Proposals in
April of this year, which were accepted by the creditors. Does it still
show as a bankruptcy with the Credit Bureau, or do they specify that it
is a Division I Credit Proposal? How long will that show with the
Credit Bureau?

Your Trustee would have advised you regarding your Proposal and the
credit bureau. Generally, a proposal should show as a proposal on your
credit bureau but there are unfortunately, occasions when it will show
as a bankruptcy. You can contact the credit bureaus and ask them
regarding their policies. A proposal should remain on your credit record
for 3 years after you have completed it.
