Question:

My husband and I are filing bankruptcy. I am considering leaving the marriage in the near future. When I leave I may not be able to get a job for a couple of months. How would I be able to pay my trustees when I have no income coming in. I will probably be staying with relatives till I can find employment.

Your Trustee will work out details for payments with you before you sign any documents. There are a number of ways to handle this situation.
