The fee for a summary personal bankruptcy in Canada is based on a tariff set by the government and is a minimum of $975 plus GST plus other Court and government disbursements. The amount you actually pay will depend on your income, assets including tax refunds and other factors and will be set up with you when you meet with the Trustee.
