Question:

I have a failing small business that I am in the middle of trying to liquidate. I am going to try to pay off my loan with what income I get from the sale of goods. After that I would like to declare bankruptcy, as I still will owe approx $60,000.00. Do I have to account for all the income from the sale?

Yes, you will have to give an accounting of the disposition of the funds to the Trustee.
