I am self-employed (proprietorship). If I declare personal
bankruptcy what happens to any money in the bank accounts (personal &
business). Can you still have/open bank accounts after bankruptcy?

Usually when someone files for bankruptcy there isn't much left in the
bank accounts. You can still operate bank accounts after you have filed,
although you may need to change accounts if you owe money to the bank
where you currently deal.
