My debts are very large the minimum payments cannot be made. If I pay a small monthly amount to each one consistently does this have any benefit to my situation besides trying to do what I can in good faith? Does it stop any sort of action in any way? For example if they sue me and I try to explain that I pay what I can and prove that this is all I can do, would they still get a judgement?

Making small token payments will not stop a creditor from suing you and, although the Court will recognize that you are trying, will likely not stop the creditor from obtaining a judgment.
