Question:

My Wife and I are considering bankruptcy for the second time. She works for a stockbrokerage firm and holds a credit card from the bank that owns that company. Would she lose her job? I cannot work due to an anxiety problem.

Answer:   I don't believe that the bank can terminate your wife's employment because of a bankruptcy. Our practice has several bankrupts who were in the same position and they are still employed by the brokerage firm.
